✿ Physical Description: Rounder-faced than her fraternal twin brother with big, bright amber eyes, Hattie looks even more youthful than Gale does. Her short, fluffy blonde hair is cut close against her scalp and is almost always unruly, with several slightly longer flyaway strands making her look as though she probably shouldn't be cutting it anymore herself. Hovering somewhere around the 5'6" range in height, Hattie has a thick waist, soft, pale skin that shows a blush very easily, and a quick smile. Her wardrobe consists of pastel colored sweaters, breezy and loose blouses, overalls, wide-legged jeans, corduroys, and anything else that's cute and comfortable.

✿ Occupation: Receptionist at a veterinary clinic; she got the job via Teams interview from the UK and has only barely started, having arrived in St. Raymond's only a few days ago.

✿ Personality: Childlike in her love of cute things and naïve in her views of the world, Hattie has spent most of her childhood trapped indoors and constantly pining for anything else. Even after she received her diagnosis and was able to get treatment (though it's a lifelong condition), her parents were already too deep in their desperate attempts at keeping her safe and healthy, and as a result Hattie was never allowed to go out and learn how things really were. She was given whatever she needed as long as she stayed indoors and yet she isn't spoiled; if anything, she's learned not to take things for granted. Eager to learn, to grow, to experience everything she can, Hattie doesn't know how to reign herself in, her enthusiasm often leading to recklessness and incautious behavior. She wants so desperately to be able to live a normal life but has no idea how to go about achieving this and will cling to people regardless of who they are, especially because she lacks the foresight to discern whether they're good or bad. Her heart, however, is always in the right place; she cares very deeply about everyone else and their troubles and does her absolute best to avoid being any sort of inconvenience.

✿ Backstory: She was born in London about two hours after her twin and the pair of them were raised in the United Kingdom with their mother and father. Unlike Gale, however, Hattie was a relatively sheltered child owing to poor health which was later attributed to having a heart condition (this went undiscovered until she was nearly ten just from the state of health care in the UK and a vast array of incompetent doctors). She was treated with kid gloves while her healthier (at least physically) twin brother was shunted aside and forgotten. After Gale went to the states when they were 18, Hattie was forced into staying behind, but four years later she decided she was never going to get anywhere in life trapped where she was. She has since relocated to St. Raymond's - without her parents' knowledge.
